We gladly accept exchanges and cancellations
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
If we made a mistake, we will refund you immediately or correct the mistake and ship a new product back to you!
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order before sending anything back.
The following items can't be exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless an item arrived damaged, incorrectly printed or embroidered or defective, I can't accept an exchange for:
- Custom or personalized orders that were approved
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
